足底筋膜炎怎么锻炼能好得快(科普足底筋膜炎之)

足底筋膜炎是引起足底、足跟疼痛的最常见诱因之一,每年约有数百万人罹患本病[1]。足底筋膜炎又名赛跑者足跟、足跟疼痛综合征,常见于运动员长时间站立的体力劳动者体重指数(BMI)>30 kg/m2的超重者糖尿病患者年龄>40的成年人[2-3]。足底筋膜炎的主要临床症状为足跟疼痛,主要发生于晨起下地、停止活动一段时间后走路时,随着活动量增加疼痛可减轻,但连续或剧烈运动后疼痛再次发作[4]。足底筋膜炎可影响患者的运动能力,进而给患者的工作生活、心理健康及社会功能等带来显著影响。
