今天Anna Mama分享的机经故事，绝对是超高频的场景啊！

因为在2015年3月28日和2015年3月14日两场雅思考试中，都出现了！！

一个月出现了两次，自己再不高度重视，后果自负！！！

那就是—— 住房租房场景哦！！！！

该场景一般出现在Section 1, 题型基本上是填空：多是个人信息填空(Notes)、表格填空题(Table, Form)和句子填空(Sentence)，但也有其他形式填空：如C7-T4-S1中出现了回答问题填空(Answer the questions below). 不管题型到底是哪种形式，the bottom line is 你要对场景词汇well-prepared! 做到兵来将挡水来土掩！

先看故事：红色答案、蓝色必会词汇

Jack and Jill are classmates and they both want to rent a place. The real estate agent provides them with some relevantinformation.

For Jack, he wants to start to rent the place from May 5th. The house recommendedto him is a little bit expensive. The monthly rent is 1700dollars, but he can share the house with other two tenants. He has to pay the rental by credit card or check. The kitchenin the house has advancedfacilities, like dish washer, microwaveovenand exhauster. The only problem of the house is that there is no garage, so Jack has to park his car on the street. Even though there is no centralair-condition in the house, each bedroom has a wall air conditioner. The landlord, Sam Dresser requires tenants to waterthe garden every week and sort the garbagefor recycling.

For Jill, her daily contact number is 0213972256. She wants to rent an apartment in a specificarea. The agenttells her that the averagerent in that area is 550dollarsa month. The rental feedoesn’t include electricitybill, water bill or telephone bill. The apartment the agent recommends has been newly decoratedand it has a new bookshelf. There is a parking lot oppositethe children’s playgroundnearby, but Jill also can park her car on the street. Through the window of the apartment, she can enjoy a view of a lakeand mountains. There are both stairsand lifts/elevators in the apartment building. Jill needs the landlady’spermissionif she wants to make any major changeof the apartment. There will be a housekeepercleaningthe apartment every two weeks.
