The Chicken's Eggs

和小鸡的偶遇

The boy walks through a farm and meets a chicken.

男孩穿过一个农场，遇到了一只鸡。

"Can you help me?" the chicken says.

鸡说：“你能帮帮我吗?”

"I wake up early and sit on two eggs all day. Could you watch them while I eat?"

“我醒得很早，一整天都坐在两个鸡蛋上。我吃饭的时候你能帮我照看一下它们吗?”

The boy agrees. The chicken leaves and suddenly—crack!

男孩同意了。鸡离开了。突然，鸡蛋裂开了！

A chick hatches from the first egg and an "E" hatches from the second.

第一个蛋中孵化出来一只小鸡，第二个蛋中孵化出一个“E”。

The chicken comes back and says, "Thank you! Take this 'E'. It will help you on your journey."

鸡回来后说:“谢谢你！把这个“E”送给你吧。它会对你的旅途有所帮助的。”

The boy thanks the chicken for the "E" and continues on his way.

男孩感谢鸡给了他“E”，然后就继续赶路了。
