闭幕式旗手，是她

13日，中国体育代表团宣布，杨洪琼将担任北京2022年冬残奥会闭幕式中国体育代表团旗手。

1989年9月出生的杨洪琼，曾是一名轮椅篮球运动员，2018年进入国家残奥越野滑雪队。本届冬残奥会上，这位曾经觉得滑雪“太遥远”的云南姑娘包揽了越野滑雪女子坐姿组短距离、中距离、长距离3个项目金牌，是本届冬残奥会中国体育代表团获得金牌数量最多的运动员。

Team China announced on Sunday that cross-country skier Yang Hongqiong will be the flagbearer for the closing ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympic Games.

Yang, 32, clinched three gold medals, in Para cross-country skiing women's long distance sitting, middle distance sitting, and sprint sitting, during the Beijing Games. She had been a wheelchair basketball player before switching to Para cross-country skiing in 2018.

两连败开局，十连胜卫冕

4年前，中国轮椅冰壶队在平昌为中国代表团赢得了冬残奥会历史首金。

在本届冬残奥会上，中国队开局颇有坎坷，循环赛遭遇了两连败。随后他们迅速调整状态，一路高歌猛进——在对阵老对手挪威队时，四垒王海涛绝地反杀，逆转比赛；半决赛中，中国队以9:5大胜三届冬残奥金牌得主加拿大队，顺利晋级决赛；决赛在前四局落后的情况下，中国队果断改变战术成功翻盘，瑞典队在最后一局提前认输。

最终，这支荣誉之师以十连胜的惊人战绩成功卫冕。

Team China retained the wheelchair curling gold medal after defeating Team Sweden 8-3 in the final match of the 2022 Winter Paralympics at the National Aquatics Centre on Saturday.

Four years ago, at PyeongChang 2018, the Chinese team won the event as it was their only gold in that edition of the Winter Paralympics.

China's 2022 Winter Paralympic journey in wheelchair curling had a bumpy start with two straight losses. However, the team bounced back aggressively with 10 consecutive wins in the following competitions. They trailed in multiple ends in different matches, but were always able to come back and pocket the final victory.

Their resilience and calmness made them a dominant squad.

有一个小姑娘和她的百变发型为今年的冬残奥会留下了浓墨重彩的一笔。

3月12日，北京2022年冬残奥会高山滑雪女子回转-站姿决赛在延庆国家高山滑雪中心举行，中国选手张梦秋获得银牌。这是这位“00后”小将在本届冬残奥会上拿到的第5枚奖牌。

因患小儿脑性瘫痪，张梦秋的反应速度比其他人略慢一些，也没有那么协调稳定，但是对高山滑雪的热爱让她在雪道上一待就是六年。曾以站上北京2022年冬残奥会最高领奖台为梦想的张梦秋，在本届冬残奥会上报满了高山滑雪女子站姿组全部5个项目，每一项都载誉而归。

Zhang Mengqiu, born in 2002, won two gold and three silver medals in all five events of the women's alpine skiing standing at the Winter Paralympic Games.

Zhang, who suffers functional movement disorder caused by cerebral palsy, surprised viewers by styling five different hairdos at award ceremonies to show her confidence, beauty, as well as optimism towards life.

在妇女节登场的唯一女队员

3月8日，妇女节，中国代表团残奥冰球运动员于静完成了自己在北京冬残奥会上的首秀。

按照规则，残奥冰球项目每支队伍允许一名女运动员参加。冰球项目速度快、对抗强，对女运动员来说挑战巨大。至今为止，在冬残奥会历史上，也仅有3名女运动员参加过残奥冰球项目的比赛。本届冬残奥会，38岁的于静是7支参赛队伍中唯一一名女运动员。

赛后，于静表示希望能通过自己激励更多的中国女孩参与冰球运动，让世界看到中国的女性力量。

China's Yu Jing made her Paralympic debut as the only female ice hockey player of the Beijing Winter Paralympics on March 8, the International Women's Day.

Being the only female player on the national team is not an issue for Yu. While the sport is fast-paced and highly physical, her male teammates treat her like their little sister, according to Yu. "They are taking care of me and protecting me on a daily basis. I feel like a giant panda being taken care of by everyone."

Featured in a victory for Team China against Team Italy 6-0 in the preliminary round on Tuesday, Yu became only the third woman in history to play Para ice hockey in the Winter Paralympics – after Norway's Brit Mjaasund Oeyen and Lena Schroeder.

“精神平等是最大的尊重”

在北京冬奥会和冬残奥会上，活跃着不少残疾人志愿者的身影。来自北京丰台区的李羿就是北京冬残奥会 12 名残疾人志愿者中的一员。

2013年，一起严重的意外交通事故让李羿的腿落下了毛病，但他没有就此消沉，反而迅速成长起来。在家里人的支持下，李羿开始学习有关急救、护理方面的知识和技能，扎根于社区残疾人工作领域。冬残奥会期间，除日常的防疫巡察工作外，李羿还肩负着给健全人志愿者普遍缺乏的相关经验进行针对性辅导的重任。

李羿说：“残疾人运动员需要的是精神平等，和其他人一样的感觉，如果他可以自己完成，不需要帮助，一定不要去过分体现热情，保持微笑就可以。”

During the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympic Games, some volunteers with disabilities are working in the competition venues, and they are more aware of the needs of the athletes than others. Li Yi is a volunteer at the National Alpine Ski Center in the Yanqing competition zone, and she brings warmth and care to the venue.
