考点一、look forward to 的用法

look forward to "盼望 / 期待 /期望……", to 是介词，后接名词、代词，动名词。

I look forward to your good news. 我盼望你的好消息。

I'm looking forward to meeting you again. 盼望再次见到你。

Every child is looking forward to the Spring Festival.

每个孩子都盼望着春节的到来。

类似的结构还有

be used to sth. / doing sth. 习惯于（做）某事

get used to sth. / doing sth. 习惯于（做）某事

pay attention to sth. / doing sth. 注意（做）某事

在以上结构中to均为介词，后接名词、代词或动名词。

I'm used to living in the quiet village. 我已习惯于住在这个安静的村子里。

You must pay more attention to your pronunciation. 你必须多注意你的发音。

We should pay attention to protecting our environment. 我们应该注意保护环境。

考点二、hear 及 hear 短语

hear 感官动词，过去式和过去分词 heard heard

(1) hear 及物动词 "听见"。强调听的结果，多指无意识的动作。

I listened but heard nothing. 我注意听，但什么也没听到。

What can you hear? 你能听到什么？

(2) hear 和listen 的区别：

listen 不及物动词, "听"。强调听的动作，如要表示"听……"，则须加介词to, 即 listen to sb. / sth.

Please stop to listen to me. 请停下来听我说。

Gina likes listening to music. 吉娜喜欢听音乐。

I listened but heard nothing. 我注意听，但什么也没听到。

(3) hear sb. do （不带to 的不定式）听见某人做（过）某事，强调 听到动作 的全过程。

I heard him play the violin last night. 昨晚我听到他拉小提琴了。

Do you often hear her speak English? 你经常听到她说英语吗？

在hear的被动结构中，其后的不定式必须带 to 。

He was heard to play the violin last night.

Is he often heard to speak English?

(4) hear sb. doing sth. 听到某人正做某事。(听到的动作正在进行)

I heard the twin sisters talking on the phone when I passed by.

当我经过时，听见这孪生姐妹正在通电话。

Can you hear someone knocking at the door?

你听见有人正在敲门吗？

和hear 有类似用法的感官动词还有：see, watch, notice, look at, listen to 等.

(5) hear from 收到……的来信。

hear of 听说……

I haven't heard from Tom for a long time.

我很长时间没有收到汤姆的来信了。
