吳冠中最早畫的作品多以江南水鄉為題材,畫面充滿詩意,他特別重視點、線、面的結合與搭配。最近幾年他的畫風有所變化,在一批反映黃土高原的作品中多有粗線,自成一種意境。
Most of Wu Guanzhong's earliest paintings are based on the theme of the Jiangnan water village, and the pictures are full of poetry. He pays special attention to the combination and collocation of points, lines and surfaces. In recent years, his painting style has changed. There are many thick lines in a batch of works reflecting the Loess Plateau, which form a kind of artistic conception by itself.
吳冠中是20世紀現代中國繪畫的代表畫家之一。他為中國現代繪畫做出了很大的貢獻。長期長來,他不懈地探索東西方繪畫兩種藝術語言的不同美學觀念,堅韌不拔地實踐著“油畫民族化”、“中國畫現代化”的創作理念,形成了鮮明的藝術特色。他執著地守望著“在祖國、在故鄉、在家園、在自己心底”的真切情感,表達了民族和大眾的審美需求。吳冠中的作品具有很高的文化品格,從20世紀80年代開始,他的藝術觀念和繪畫創作就適應歷史發展和時代的需要,推動了中國現代繪畫觀念的演變和發展。Wu Guanzhong is one of the representative painters of modern Chinese painting in the 20th century. He has made great contributions to Chinese modern painting. For a long time, he has unremittingly explored the different aesthetic concepts of the two artistic languages of Eastern and Western paintings, persistently practiced the creation concepts of "oil painting nationalization" and "Chinese painting modernization", and formed distinct artistic characteristics. He persistently watched the true feelings of "in the motherland, in his hometown, in his homeland, and in his own heart", expressing the aesthetic needs of the nation and the public. Wu Guanzhong's works have a high cultural character. Since the 1980s, his artistic concepts and painting creations have adapted to historical development and the needs of the times, and promoted the evolution and development of modern Chinese painting concepts.
