用英语学英语口语：“退票、退钱”用英语怎么说？

多数人学习英语，都是抱着一种“学了到时我就能用上”的心态来学的，而且是“严重”、“很严重”地用中文“记住”想说的那个英文的对应词汇或表达去“学”

你同样是这种“心态”，这种“学法”去学的吗？
