外贸英语英译英阅读：China's customs show

长期处于在“非英语语言环境”下，能让你的英语保持“可持续性发展”的唯一方法，就是“英语阅读”。

但是，英语阅读必须讲究方法：英语阅读就是英语阅读，不要一不小心就弄成了“中文阅读”。在“非英语语言环境”下，再用英译汉式“阅读英语”，无疑让你本来就弱的英语雪上加霜。

英语阅读就是大量的“英语输入”和“英语输出”(不是“中文输出)。

在英语的“音形义”三要素中，“英语输入”指的是“音”和“形”。英语朗读就是英语“音”的输入的专项训练。“形”则是做到：会读的音，一定也会写。lamborghini你估计一看就知道“义”(中文：兰博基尼)，可是，我要你“写出来”估计就会错误百，写不下来了。这就是“音”不过关，“形”也不过关。

“义”则是指“英语输出”是必须也是英语的，“输出”意味着你在“用”英语，在“说”英语。

一、英语原文

就这么短短的一段英语，你的英语阅读能做到“义”是英语的，“输出也是英语的”，英语阅读是英译英阅读吗？

二、英语阅读

1.China's spokesman of customs Li Kuiwen speaks to media about import and export

Customs is a checkpoint at the airport for checking imports or exports of something you brung in or take out our a country.

你可以“不懂”，或者“费解”英语customs的含义，但是，看到后续英语about import and export就没必要再“想”中文了，而是“给你”“说”英语的机会和“考验”你“说”英语的能力了。否则，翻译成中文的“阅读”怎么能叫“英语阅读”呢？

2.China's spokesman

If you speak for someone,you're his spokesman.

能这么“说”英语，说明你“懂”spokesman了，再翻译成中文就是“多余的”。否则，就算你能说出英语spokesman“发言人”，严格意义上说你的英语水平也没有丝毫改变：不会说还是不会说。

3. Li Kuiwen speaks to media

Media here means news reporters,correspondents,photographers from newspapers, magazines,TVs,and radios.

见到英语media要求你能熟练“用”这些英语可不是一天两天的事。可是，你的英语阅读却没有一天是这么做的：遗憾。

From January to June,that's first half of a year

很多人可以开口就来中文“上半年”，可是张口就来英语(说和写)January,June就不见得了。这就是英语“音”“形”都不过关的体现。但总是被“懂”中文发音和中文意思掩盖了，于是意味英语也“懂”了。最后的表现就是英语“读”的再多，也还是“哑巴英语”。

凡是依然把first quarter“读成”中文“一季度”而不能读成上面英语的都要加倍努力了。

6.year on year

如果“不能说”英语的话，最好养成查英英字典的习惯。连这一步都不愿做，只会“等”现成答案，英语阅读是没有进步的：Year on year means continuously in two or three or more years

能这么“说”英语，英译汉式“英语阅读”已经没有必要：中文不再是“读懂”英语的唯一语言。

If a situation stablizes,it dose not change too much,or sharply,going too high or too low in a period of time.

8.export and import beating bearish market

In a bearish market,everyone sells,and sells and the market turns worse.

In a bullish market,every one buys,buys,and buys and the market turns better and better.

所以说，英语阅读不关“懂不懂”中文的事，只关“能不能”英译英事。
