今天我们要讲的技术有点不太寻常,很酷,是从南北位开始的蛙跳膝盖十字固。

从南北位的上位开始,压住对手,可以击打对手的肋骨,或者肝脏位置,在跳跃前,如果能用肘打对手的面部一下,那样效果更好,但是千万别因此失去了控制。

找到合适的机会就可以准备跳跃了,坐在对手的腹部,压空对手腹部的空气。在练习时,要小心些,不要弄伤和你一起训练的伙伴。坐倒对手的腹部上之后,双手抱住对手的双腿,这样对手就无法逃脱。

接下来倒向一侧,我选择右边,倒地后双腿形成三角形锁住对手的双腿,双手抓住对手下侧脚的脚跟,手型呈裸绞型,然后将对手的脚跟扭向天花板,完成降服。这个技术动作比普通的膝盖十字固要难一些,因为是抱着对手的两条腿。

Harder than I normally would, because I have both legs and that’s how you do a leap frog knee bar from north-south.
