今天，我们就来说说——E-mail 中自我介绍类的邮件该如何写。

这类电子邮件的目的是让大家对刚到职的你有大概的认识，因此邮件的内容可包括：

1. 先前的职称（your previous job title）

2. 目前的职称及职务内容（your current position and job duties）为了有助于往后的合作，邮件中可以用到这些表达：

● I look forward to meeting you soon.

本人期待能很快与您会面。

● I'm also eager to sit down with you and hear your ideas.

本人也渴望与您商谈，听取您的想法。

3. 如果邮件的内容已很有礼貌，就不需要在信件结尾处写上 Thank you（谢谢您）之类的感谢的表达了。

如果遇到需要撰写这类邮件，你不知道如何下笔，不妨就从这三点开始写：

1. 点出来信主旨。（I'm writing to you to...）
2. 简单介绍先前工作内容。（Before that, I worked for...）
