中秋是个花好月圆的日子吗（话说中秋MiddleAutumn）

中秋节，别名仲秋、秋夕、八月节，是我国四大传统节日之一。每年的农历八月十五日，我们都迎来象征团圆美满的中秋节。自2008年起中秋节被列为国家法定节假日。2006年5月20日，国务院列入首批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。

关于中秋节的起源，说法众多。中秋一词，最早见于《周礼》，一说它起源于古代帝王的祭祀活动，二是与农业生产有关。秋天是收获的季节，各种农作物陆续成熟，农民为了庆祝丰收，表达喜悦的心情，就以“中秋”这天作为节日。作为中国的传统佳节，中秋节有许多神话传说，如嫦娥奔月，吴刚折桂，玉兔捣药等，并且自古便有赏月、吃月饼、玩花灯、赏桂花等民俗，流传至今，经久不息。渐渐地，人们把赏月与月饼结合在一起，寓意家人团圆，寄托思念。

As a traditional festival in China, Mid-Autumn Festival has many myths and legends, such as Goddess of the Moon, Wu Gang's winning of laurels, Jade Rabbit's making medicine, etc. Since ancient times, there have been folk customs such as enjoying the moon, eating moon cakes, playing with lanterns, and enjoying osmanthus flowers, which have been handed down to this day for a long time. 中秋节的习俗很多，形式也各不相同，但都寄托着人们对生活无限的热爱和对美好生活的向往。今天，月下游玩的习俗，已远没有旧时盛行。但设宴赏月仍很盛行，人们把酒问月，庆贺美好的生活，或祝远方的亲人健康快乐，和家人“千里共婵娟”。
