房地产（real estate）

房地产是一个综合的较为复杂的概念，从实物现象看，它是由建筑物与土地共同构成。

Real estate is a comprehensive and complex concept. From the physical phenomenon, it is composed of buildings and land.

首付（Down payments）

首付就是买房时按国家比例第一次支付的最低比例款项。

The down payment is the minimum proportion paid for the first time according to the national proportion when buying a house.

住宅（Residence）

住宅是指专供居住的房屋，包括别墅、公寓、职工家属宿舍和集体宿舍、职工单身宿舍和学生宿舍等。

Residence refers to the houses for living, including villas, apartments, dormitories for employees' families and collective dormitories, single dormitories for employees and student dormitories.

二手房(second- hand house)

二手房是已经在房地产交易中心备过案、完成初始登记和总登记的、再次上市进行交易的房产。

Second hand housing is a real estate that has been filed in the real estate trading center, completed the initial registration and general registration, and listed again for trading.

房产证（property ownership certificate）

房产证是购房者通过交易，取得房屋的合法所有权，即《房屋所有权证》。

物业(property)

物业是指已经建成并投入使用的各类房屋及其与之相配套的设备、设施和场地。

产权(roperty right)

产权是指合法财产的所有权，这种所有权表现为对财产的占有、使用、收益、处分。

Property right refers to the ownership of legal property, which is manifested in the possession, use, income and disposal of property.

按揭买房（A mortgage to buy a house）

按揭买房指的是用所购住房为抵押的买房方式。

Mortgage buying refers to the way of buying a house with the purchased house as collateral.
