今天我们要讲的技术是半防守状态下的膝盖十字固。
我身处半防守状态下的下身位,这时我要消除对手击打我的空间,就是让对手贴住我,而对手则想挣脱我,然后对我进行击打。我用右手钩住对手的一条胳膊,然后勾住他的大腿。当对手挺起身子准备打拳的时候,我瞬间把左腿跨过去,背对对手,双手抱住对手的大腿。对手不能击打我的后脑,因为这违背规则。
接下来,我用夹在对手两腿之间的右腿,以肩膀为支点推翻对手。同时双手以裸绞姿势抓住对手的脚跟,扳对手的脚跟,使其朝向天花板,直到对手认输。
这就是半防守状态下的膝盖十字固的做法。

From here what I’m going to do is I’m going to use my right leg that’s in between his two legs to push him over my shoulder. At the same time, I’m going to roll over my shoulder here. I’m going to go back to my rear naked grip, grab his heel and I’m going to turn it towards the ceiling, as I hip in and I finish the knee bar.
That’s how you do a knee bar from half guard.
