廖彩杏一年52周书单中的第三十六周第一本经典有声绘本：I Am A Leaf 中文《我是一片叶子》！

今天要给大家分享的是I Am科普系列中的一本，I'm a leaf。《I Am A Leaf》以一片树叶的自述展开四季的更迭变换。夏天的时候树叶们有工作要做，就是给它们居住的树做食物。

做食物的原料从哪里来呢？当然是从阳光和空气中来，"嗯~这阳光感觉还不错"， 哦！还需要收集一些水分...当这片树叶很忙的时候，毛毛虫、蜘蛛、松鼠相继来捣乱，可是这并没有让它分心；秋天来了，叶子的工作也随之结束了，换下绿色的"工作服"，穿上红色、黄色、橙色的盛装，去参加Party啦！......

这篇像诗一样的绘本非常适合睡觉前讲给孩子听，或者把音频放给孩子听也非常美妙呢~

封面上，一个小男孩手捧许多树叶。空中，也飘落着许多树叶。观察一下，这些树叶是什么颜色的？它们又是什么树的树叶呢？

Today let's read a new book. The name of the book is I am a Leaf. 今天我们来读一本新书，书的名字叫《我是一片叶子》。

First take a look at the cover. 先来看看封面。

What do you see on the cover? 封面上你看到了什么？I see a boy and many leaves. 我看到一个男孩和许多树叶。

What color are the leaves? 这些树叶是什么颜色的？Some are yellow. Some are orange. Some are red. 有些是黄色的。有些是橙色的。有些是红色的。

What kind of leaves are they? Have a guess. 他们是什么树叶呢？猜猜看。I think they are maple leaves. 我认为它们是枫叶。

This ladybug is crawling on the leaf. 这只瓢虫正在叶子上爬呢。Do you know how to crawl? 你知道什么是crawl吗？Crawl is to move slowly with both your hands and knees and your body near the ground. Crawl就是手脚并用、身体接近地面，缓慢地向前移动。（这里家长们可以手脚并用在地板或者沙发上演示下，用动作演示是让孩子理解动词最好的做法，胜过其他任何语言的解释。）

To make tree food, leaves need water. 要制造养料，树叶需要水分。Where does the water come from? Rainwater. 水分哪里来？雨水里来。How does the rainwater go into the leaves? 雨水是怎样进入到树叶中去的？Look at the raindrops! What color are they? 看这些雨滴，他们是什么颜色的？They are blue. 雨滴是蓝色的。Do you see something blue in the tree? 你看到树上有什么东西是蓝色的了吗？That is rainwater. （结合绘本文字，讲解雨水是如何进入树叶里去的。）雨水进入到树叶的叶脉中，让孩子理解vein，可以指着自己的血管讲解：Look, this is a vein. 作者介绍

这套书的作者Jean Marzollo：她的另外一套作品《I Spy》系列大家一定听说过。作者早年毕业于哈佛教育专业，很擅长写诗歌题材，因此在创作儿童作品的时候也将诗歌融合到其中，所以她的作品读起来押韵、朗朗上口、有节奏感。

插画作家Judith Moffatt：他是美国剪纸艺术家，他的剪纸生动活泼，颜色丰富，具有很强的艺术表现力。《I am……》系列这套书2003年获得了奥本海姆玩具童书的金奖。
