要是你去翻译原文，那就不是重听题了，重听题考的就是言外之意。这个题目亮点是“ but, but, but"真的太重要了。but代表说话人后面内容的转折，那根本不需要去看but后面的内容，应该是看前面的这句话：Well, for years, researchers have pondered this question of cat domestication, and the best I can do here is just a theory? 教授的意思是，我在这里说的仅仅是一个理论。理论这个东西一般都是不太可信的，猜测，假说一类的意思。后面立即出现一个but,就代表说“虽然是一个理论，但是多少有点道理” 没有想到吧！所以选C合情合理。
