to become very angry or worried, often shouting a lot.

【例】

1 . Don't leave the dirty tissues all over the floor. You mom will throw a fit when she sees it. 别把脏纸巾仍得到处都是，你妈看见了又要吵吵你啊。

2.Her kids always have a fit when they don't get their way. 她家孩子一旦得不到自己想要的就会大闹个不停。

Throw a fit 也可以说成 have a fit

3.He finally threw a fit because he waited for half an hour in line. 这家伙排了半小时队受不了就发怒了。
