What is strategy?

Simply speaking, strategy is to conceive a unique plan for best future of an organization, and to fulfill it.

Firstly, strategy is definitely a long term goal that will be achieved, and it is significantly imperative to do planning before running an organization.

Then, strategy planning must be unique and appropriate to the organization in order to create a best future.

Another important point emphasized is that strategy is a feasible idea and goal for a long run and necessary to be achieved.

There are three progressive principle to be followed, building competitive core business, expanding emerging business and creating future business by technology and research.

These implementation of strategy principles is to decide the position of an organization in the similar industry and market, which will reflect who are leaders for making industrial rules, who are innovators that have strongly advantages, and who are competitors for following the development of the sector.

简单说,战略就是为了实现组织愿景做一个独一无二的长期规划。

首先,战略规划是一个长期的目标,最终要被实现;

然后,战略规划是独有的,适合这个组织,为这个组织创造美好的、统一的未来;

再者,战略是一个可执行的计划,为实现统一的组织目标而阶段量化。

遵循这三个原则,再去建立具有竞争力的核心业务、拓展新兴业务、通过技术和研究创造未来业务;

这些战略原则决定组织在行业中的行为与地位:谁是制定行业规则的领导者,谁是具有强大竞争优势的创新者,谁是竞争者与追随者。
