宾语：动作的承受者

宾语从句：作宾语的句子就是宾语从句

1） He is a famous basketball player. （陈述句）

2） Will our teachers attend the meeting ？（一般疑问句）

3） Which coat did you prefer? （特殊疑问句）

2. 宾语从句的连接词

1） 当宾语从句由陈述句变化而来时，用that来引导从句，that常无具体意义，一般可省略。

Lin Tao thought（that）the TV play was very boring.

李涛认为这部电视剧很无聊。

2） 当宾语从句是由一般疑问句变化而来时，要用if或whether来引导从句，意为“是否”。

David asked his mother if/ whether she liked the dinner last night.

大卫问他的妈妈是否她喜欢昨晚的晚餐。

有些情况下只能用whether，不能用if：

① 与 or not 连用

Let me know whetheryou can come or not. （这里的whether不能用if)

你能来还是不能来，请告诉我一下。

② 在介词之后

It depends onwhetherit is going to rian.

它取决于是否会下雨。

③ 在不定式之前

We haven't decided whether togo there.

我们还没有决定是否去那。

3） 当宾语从句是由特殊疑问句变化而来时，原句中的疑问词充当连接代词（如who， whose， what， which）或连接副词（如when， where， why， how），引导宾语从句。

一定要注意宾语从句的语序是用陈述句语序。

陈述句语序:

① He likes playing basketball. (陈述句语序：主语+谓语+其他）

② What do you want? （疑问句语序）

④ Who cleaned the room? (陈述句语序）

在第③个句子里，Who are you? 你是谁？ you是主语，而who是做表语的。
