【授薪律师】

岗位要求：

1. 学历本科及以上，至少有一个法律相关学位；

2. 持有律师执业证或已通过律协考核即将取得执业证；

3. 拥有律所、大型集团公司法务等部门工作经验者优先；

4. 法律功底扎实，分析、应变、解决法律问题的能力良好，文书写作能力和口头表达能力较强，能够独立承办案件；

5. 工作认真仔细，责任心强，形象气质好，具备较好的沟通协调能力，有志于长期从事律师工作。

薪资待遇：面议

【Salaried lawyer】

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above,at least one law related degree;

2. Hold a lawyer's practice license or have passed the examination of the law Association and will soon obtain a practicing license;

3. Legal experience in law firm or large group company is preferred;

4. Solid legal foundation,good ability to analyze,adapt to and solve legal problems,strong writing ability and oral expression ability,able to independently handle cases;

5. Earnest and careful work,strong sense of responsibility,good image and temperament,good communication and coordination skills,willing to work as a lawyer for a long time.

【提成律师】

1. 持有律师执业证，未因律师执业行为受过行政处罚和行业处分，严格遵守律师执业纪律和职业道德；

2. 具有一定案源及独立办案能力；

3. 具有团队合作精神，认可本所理念，愿意遵守本所的规章制度。

【Commission Lawyer】

1.Hold a lawyer's practice license,have not received any administrative punishment or industrial sanction due to lawyer's practice behavior,and strictly abide by lawyer's practice discipline and professional ethics;

2.Have certain case sources and ability to handle cases independently;

3. Have team spirit,recognize the philosophy of the institute,willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the institute.

岗位要求：

1.法学专业本科以上学历，法学基础扎实（党员优先）；

2.通过国家司法考试（A证）；

3.工作踏实、积极主动、有责任感、执行力强；

6.持有驾照者优先。
