你也许是一个智力一般的普通学生。你在学校里做地还可以,但是或许你认为自己永远也不能成为优等生。然而事实并非如此。只要你想,你就能获得更好的成绩。是的,即便是智力一般的学生,在不付出额外工作(的情况下)也可以成为顶尖的学生,方法如下:

1.仔细安排你的时间。把每周的任务列一份清单,然后制成一张时间表或时间分配图。先填入像吃饭,睡觉,开会,学习等的特定时间。然后确定合理,规律的学习时间。一定要留出足够的时间来完成你正常的阅读和工作任务。当然,学习不能占用你时间表所有的空余时间。留出时间来休息,业余爱好和娱乐同样也很重要。这份周时间表或许解决不了你所有问题,但是它能使你比较清楚地了解你是怎样利用你的时间的。此外,它能让你安排好各种活动,既有足够的时间工作,又有足够的时间娱乐。

2.寻找合适的地方学习。选定一个地方作为你的学习区域。它可以是家里或学校图书馆的一张书桌或者一把椅子,但它应该舒适而不该有干扰。在你开始学习时,你应该能够全神贯注于你的功课。

3.阅读之前略读。这就是说,在你仔细阅读一篇文章之前先快速浏览一遍全文。只要你预览材料,你就对它的内容及其结构有个大致了解。随后在你正式阅读时,你就能分清楚不太重要的材料并且略去某些章节不读。略读不仅使你的阅读速度提高一倍,还有助于提高你的理解能力。

4.充分利用课堂的时间。课堂上认真听讲意味着课后少工作。要坐在你看得清,听得见的地方。做好笔记类帮助(自己)记住老师的讲课内容。

5.有规律地学习。课后尽量复习笔记。复习课堂上你任然混淆不清的地方以及提到的重点。阅读课本上关于这些内容的章节。如果你知道第二天老师要讲述的内容,(那你)就把这部分材料浏览一下。这(样做)有助于你听懂接下来的课。如果你定期复习笔记和课本,你就能更深入地领会这些材料的内容,并且记忆地更持久。定期复习致使提高考试的成绩。

6.树立正确的考试态度。考试的目的在于展示你掌握某一门科目(的程度)。如果没有通过考试,天也塌不下来。所以不要过分担心个别考试。考试是评定分数的,但是考试也让你知道自己在哪些方面需要多花时间学习,并且它们有助于你巩固刚学的知识。
