英语中表明观点的方式（用英语表达观点）

当使用英语表达观点时，我们通常会使用 I think that, I feel that 或 I believe that...

一些人固执己见，经常强烈地表达自己的想法和意见。即使对某个话题一无所知，他们也喜欢表达自己的意见。相信每个人的身边，总有这样的人存在。

很显然， I think that, I feel that 或 I believe that 等短语只能用于表示观点，但却无法显示我们观点的强弱程度。
