consult名词的用法和搭配（consult和lookup用法解析）

这两个词汇经常在各种考试中出现，许多同学比较迷惑，现解析如下：

1.我们通常所说的“查（看）一下字典、资料、参考书、地图、说明书、手表、索引等”就是用consult，如：

He consulted the manual.
