01自我分析

02做些小事
1、合理安排时间,记录自己每天的时间分配,不断完善。

3、规律地锻炼身体,身体的酸痛本身就是一种充实。
4、学会与人交谈,找一两个真正懂你的人,交流一下近期的状况,寻求外界帮助。
5、定个目标,坚持做一件事,并为之努力。
