聚苯乙烯泡沫CE认证（欧盟强制认证）－简介

在欧盟市场“CE”标志属强制性认证标志，以表明产品符合欧盟《技术协调与标准化新方法》指令的基本要求。这是欧盟法律对产品提出的一种强制性要求。

在聚苯乙烯泡沫上加贴CE标志不但可以证明其产品符合建筑产品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相关标准（欧洲协调标准EN 13164）规定的安全，环保，卫生和消费者保护。而且可以合理规避贸易技术壁垒，在欧洲市场自由销售并打开其他国际市场。

注：欧盟建筑法规CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代欧盟建筑产品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且从2013年7月1日起强制执行

In the Eu market, the "CE" mark is a mandatory certification mark to show that the product meets the basic requirements of the EU directive "New Method for Technical Harmonization and Standardization".This is a mandatory requirement for products under EU law.

CE marking on polystyrene foam can not only prove that the product complies with the requirements of the Construction Products Directive (CPR 305/2011/EU) and related standards (Harmonized European Standard EN 13164) for safety, environmental protection, health and consumer protection.Moreover, it can reasonably avoid technical barriers to trade, sell freely in the European market and open up other international markets.

Note:The Construction Product Directive (CPD) 106/89/EEC replaces the Construction Product Directive (CPD).And it will be mandatory from July 1, 2013

聚苯乙烯泡沫CE认证 –EN 13164认证– 涉及的产品范围：

挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板具有轻质、抗压、防水、低导热系数、防腐蚀、经久耐用等特点。与EPS聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板相比，其强度，保温，抗水汽渗透等性能有较大提高。在浸水条件下仍能完整的保持其保温性能和抗压强度，特别适合应用于建筑物的隔热，保温，防潮处理。是常见的建筑绝热保温材料。

聚苯乙烯泡沫CE认证–EN 13164-认证流程：

1、确定需要认证的产品类型，提交申请

2、确定欧洲产品指令，发泡聚苯乙烯需符合新的欧盟建筑产品法规CPR 305/2011/EU

3、确定欧洲协调标准，发泡聚苯乙烯需符合协调标准EN 13164

4、根据CPR指令和协调标准EN 13163进行测试评估，欧盟公告认证机构根据认证体系1或3进行测试认证

5、获得由欧盟公告机构颁发的测试报告和证书

6、发放产品性能声明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在产品包装上加贴带公告机构编码的CE标志

8、在欧洲市场自由销售
