情态动词must的用法

知识点梳理

1. must是情态动词，没有人称和数的变化，后面接动词原型。意为“必须”，语气很强烈。

2. 否定形式：must not = mustn't，意为“不可以”“禁止”“不准”，表示强烈禁止的语气。中考时，一定记着mustn't不表示否定的推测。

3. 对must进行否定回答时，通常用don't have to或needn't。

4. must和have to的区别：

must侧重主观愿望或看法。have to翻译成“不得不”，侧重客观情况，有“迫使”之意。
