连接性副词的意思和形式都和疑问副词一样，但在句子中引起一个从句或不定式。如：

This is how we parted. 我们就是这样分手的。

1. however, nevertheless(然而) 相当于连词but

He is nice; however/nevertheless, I don't like him.

=He is nice. However/Nevertheless, I don't like him.

他人很好，然而我却不喜欢他。

注意：however或nevertheless之后通常要加逗号。however也可以插入句中，两旁以逗号相隔。

He is nice; I,however, don't like him.

=He is nice. I,however, don't like him.

2. therefore, thus（因此）相当于连词so

He is kind;therefore/thus, we all like him.

=He is kind, so we all like him.

=He is kind. Therefore/Thus, we all like him.

他很善良，因此我们都喜欢他。

3.moreover, furthermore, in addition(此外) 相当于连词and

She dances well, furthermore/moreover/in addition, she is good at singing.

=She dances well. Furthermore/Moreover/In addition, she is good at singing.

=She dances well, and she is good at singing.

她舞跳得好，而且也擅长唱歌。

4.besides（此外）

besides和in addition都表示“此外”，不过前者多用于否定或消极意义的句中，而in addition则用于肯定句或积极意味的句中。

I don't think I will go to the movies with you, John. I'm too tired; besides, I have no money.

我想我不会跟你去看电影了，约翰。我太累了；此外，我也没钱。
