Hello, everyone! Here comes the new episode of our series of “Enterprise Discoveries” and our destination today is Mansion CONFIRMWARE.

康奋威大厦坐落于滨江区协同路，于2021年投入使用，独具匠心的大楼外观在物联网产业园区成为一道亮丽的风景线。

Located on Xietong Road in Binjiang, Mansion CONFIRMWARE, whose unique appearance has become a beautiful scenery in the IOT Industrial Park, was put into use in the year of 2021.

杭州康奋威科技股份有限公司成立于2005年，是一家专业从事智能装备研发与制造的国家级高新技术企业。光伏组件智能设备助力全球零碳产业发展，智能分拣装备推动物流仓储行业变革, 创新与匠心在这里交汇。

Hangzhou CONFIRMWARE Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2005, is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of automation equipment and solutions. While the automation equipment of photovoltaic modules helps the development of global zero-carbon industry and the intelligent sorting equipment promotes the innovation of logistics and warehousing industry, CONFIRMWARE represents innovation and ingenuity.

从外部观察康奋威大厦，最让滨滨印象深刻的是其别具一格的景观设计。康奋威将五层的外部景观台建成了一座小花园，青翠的植物环绕，使得整栋楼都显得生机勃勃。

The most impressive part of the appearance of Mansion CONFIRMWARE is its unique landscape design. A little garden has been built out of the external landscape deck on the fifth floor, whose surrounding verdant plants make the whole building more alive.

刚下过雨，叶子上还滚动着小水珠，间或点缀几朵鲜花，空气尤其清新。行走在木质的花园小径上，仿佛突然从现代化的办公区进入了世外桃源，是放松身心、聊天洽谈的最佳去处。

With water droplets falling from the leaves and flowers after a rain, the air becomes particularly refreshing. The wooden lane in the park provides a leisure escape from the modern office work, becoming the best place to relax and chat.

进入康奋威大厦顶层，阳光透过落地窗洒满大堂，全开放布局的通透感扑面而来。此时，一块写满生日祝福的立柱式显示屏映入眼帘，天气预报、节日祝福、纪念日……它承载了太多关怀和温暖。元气满满的一天从这里开始！

Sunlight floods into the lobby through the floor-to-ceiling windows on the top floor of Mansion CONFIRMWARE, giving out a sense of transparency due to the fully open layout. A column-shaped display screen in the lobby is filled with birthday wishes. Weather forecast, holiday wishes, anniversaries, etc., it provides all the care and warmth needed for the start of a good day.

康奋威大厦的装修风格以中式为主，随处可见充满水墨色彩的装饰。在接待大厅的左侧，一方小水池和一棵葱郁小树，流水叮咚，仿佛置身于山间田野，伴随涓涓水流的声音顿感心旷神怡！

The interior of Mansion CONFIRMWARE is designed mainly in Chinese style with decorations of ink paintings everywhere. On the left side of the reception hall, there is a small pool and a lush tree, creating a relaxing and joyous atmosphere of nature with the sound of trickling water.

进入会客厅，入眼是一套潇洒飘逸的“践行梦想”书法作品。会客厅里侧，是一片郁郁青青的绿植，访客和员工在此饮茶聊天十分惬意。

On the entrance of the living room, an elegant piece of calligraphy work of “Follow your dreams” is greeting to the guests. On the back side of the living room, there is a lush green plant, where visitors and employees can chat comfortably over a cup of tea.

来到办公区域，大平层结构，光线充足，整层楼都充满一镜到底的通透感，使得视觉感观尤为舒畅。在这样的环境下工作，员工们的心情开阔轻松。

The large flat-floor structure of the office area makes the entire floor well-illuminated and particularly transparent in visual perception, providing an open and relaxing working environment for employees.

看着这么漂亮的办公室，滨滨着实有些不想走了呢！

Such beautiful office is really appealing!

来到大楼二层，是员工食堂。整齐的餐桌旁陈列着不同的瓷器和绿植，餐厅的灯光柔和温馨，让员工们在就餐时倍感舒适。

The staff canteen is located on the second floor. Various china and green plants are displayed beside neat dining tables under the soft and warm lighting, creating a comfortable dining environment.

菜品也太丰富了，滨滨馋得直流口水~

Such colorful dishes are really tempting!

结束了一天的工作，当然要来一场酣畅淋漓的运动喽。滨滨发现，有不少的员工都把自己健身的对比照贴在了墙上，形成了一种很好的激励氛围，让大家在工作之余不要放松对于健康的关注。

Some vigorous exercise is a good choice after work. Many employees hung their pictures before and after fitness on the wall to make a comparison and encourage their folks to pay more attention to health after work.

在康奋威工作环境好、吃得好、玩得好，实在是梦寐以求的公司呀！
