学生素质综合测评的内容主要包括思想品德、学业成绩、素质素养三部分，三部分所占比例分别为10%、70%、20%。

学业成绩

学业成绩:学业成绩分为测评学年学生所修A学分课程中的必修和选修课程的加权平均成绩，必修及选修课程包含先修、补修、全校任选、跨专业选修课程。

课程计算标准分为成绩单上的期末最终成绩

如果成绩为等级，即ABCDE之类，根据规定，转换为对应标准分数

计算的课程不包含再修、重修、第二专业课程和B学分课程。

素质素养

素质素养分为创新创业、科研训练与学科工作室、出国出境、文艺体育、技能认证、教育管理、集体荣誉等部分，素质素养板块各类获奖等级的认定依据以活动主办方以及获奖证书上加盖的公章为准。

素质素养综测加分=分数*0.2，分数上限为100分，超过不计

创新创业加分注意事项

各项比赛活动的参与分不能与获奖分重复叠加，每学期参与分不超过4分;

所有评奖承认的时间范围为去年9月1日至今年8月31日，以证书时间为准;

参加其他科创活动必须是学院、学生处、团委、招就处、教务处、学校、市级组织认可的比赛，协会、社团或者民间组织一律不认可;

参赛团队人员大于三人的比赛获奖，依据获奖证书上获奖者的先后顺序绐予主要负责人和成员等级的认定；如无顺序，需备注团队先后顺序才可予于认定，否则作废处理;

同一赛获不同等级奖，只计一次最高分；2020年8月31日以后赛获奖，纳入2020-2021学年度考核。

创新创业比赛加分细则

2019年11月重庆邮电大学数模挑战赛，校级科创比赛;

2020年5月份重庆邮电大学校级数学建模竞赛，校级科创比赛;

2020年第三届中青杯全国大学生数学建模竞赛，校级科创比赛;

第六届东方财富杯，未获国赛奖的同学只加一次参加分，国赛获奖同学按照国丙类加分

2019年第四届互联网 快递大赛，国乙

2020年第九届电子商务三创赛，国乙，重邮赛区是校级，重庆赛区是省部级;

数学竞赛——科创比赛加分；

科研训练与学科工作室注意事项

15分/优秀（未满一年也可申请）；良好10分/学年；5分/未满年。如果完整参加项目时间为一学年的科研训练计划，可按附件2的说明实行（基础加分 额外加分）策略

孵化基地需入住满一年才可加分。

公开发表文章、正式出版编著或专著、专利加分都根据作者排序：文章除导师外，超过三名作者则第四名及其以后者不予加分，若有三个作者：第一作者占加分的50%，第二作者占30%，第三作者20%；若有两个作者，第一作者占60%，第二作者40%;

在其他公开刊物（含网络媒体）上发表原创文章（每学期不超过5次），原创文章指非职责发表的文章，成功案例如图

文艺体育注意事项

不同项目获奖可累加计分，同一项目获不同等级奖，只计最高分；

团体竞赛获奖者按单项获奖减半加分。其中成功参赛未获奖者每项比赛加1分，最高不超过4分;

各项获奖以证书和文件为准。

成功参赛未获奖者，每项比赛加一分，总共不超过4分（不论校级院级，直接加一分，如果参加了市级比赛加4.5分，此时参加分加满）

文艺体育加分细则

1.全国环保知识竞赛——文艺体育，1分参与分；

2.组织能力大赛——文艺体育，1分参与分；

3.“健康不掉线“有挑战成功奖状的加1分（不受4分活动上线限制），其余无奖状的按院参与加0.5分；

4.政协提案模拟活动——文艺体育，1分

5.”燃烧卡路里，健康返校季”有挑战成功奖状的按校级文艺体育活动优秀奖加3分，其余无奖状的按校级参与加1分；

6.辩论赛为文体活动

Points to note for innovation and entrepreneurship

Participation points for various competition activities cannot be overlapped with the winning points, and the participation points shall not exceed 4 points per semester;

The time range for all awards recognition is from September 1st last year to August 31st this year, subject to the certificate time;

Participating in other science and innovation activities must be recognized by the college, student office, youth league committee, recruitment office, academic affairs office, school, and municipal organization. Associations, societies or non-governmental organizations are not recognized;

If there are more than three participants in the competition, the award will be determined according to the order of the winners on the award certificate; if there is no order, the order of the team must be noted to be recognized, otherwise it will be invalid;

Winning different grades in the same competition will only count the highest score once; after August 31, 2020, the winners will be included in the 2020-2021 academic year assessment.

Notes for scientific research training and subject studios

Attention to Arts and Sports

Different project awards can be cumulatively scored, and the same project won different levels of awards, only the highest score will be counted;

The winners of the team competition will receive half of the points for the individual awards. Among them, those who successfully participated in the competition and did not win each competition will add 1 point, and the maximum is not more than 4 points;

The awards are subject to certificates and documents.

For those who successfully participated in the competition but did not win, one point will be added to each competition, and a total of no more than 4 points (regardless of the school-level or college level, directly add one point, if you participate in the city-level competition, you will add 4.5 points, then the participation points will be full)

Art and sports bonus rules

1. National Environmental Protection Knowledge Contest-Art and Sports, 1 point for participation; 2. Organizational Ability Competition-Art and Sports, 1 point for Participation;

3. "Healthy and not dropped" will add 1 point to those who have the challenge success certificate (not subject to the 4-point activity online restriction), and the rest without the certificate will be added 0.5 points for participation in the hospital;

4. CPPCC proposal simulation activity-art and sports, 1 point

5. "Burn calories, healthy back to school season" will get 3 points for the excellence award of the school-level art and sports activities with a certificate of challenge success, and 1 point for the other participants without a certificate of participation according to the school level;
