时间介词in 和on（语法介词）

上篇我们学习了第一个时间介词at，它主要表示在（某时间或时刻）点，只用在具体、特定的时间（time）之前。

今天我们来认识下第二个时间介词on。

时间介词on表示哪些意思呢？

on

表示时间时，表示在（某一天或日期）发生

You can indicate when somethinghappens by saying that it happens on a particular day or date.

注意：英英解释中，on作为时间介词，只用在某事发生时的某天（day）以及日期（date）

For example:

1) There will be a concert on New Year's Day. 元旦那天有场音乐会。

（注：New Year's Day中就有一个day）

2) I will come to see you on Monday. 我星期一来看你。

（注：Monday中也有一个day）

3) My birthday is on Sep. 12. 我的生日是9月12日。

（注：Sep. 12就是一个日期date）

有时候某天（Day）、日期（date）会和morning, evening之类一同出现，表示某天的早上、下午或晚上，在这种情况下，请大家记住：只要有表示出某天，介词仍然使用on。

For Example:

1) I don't go out on Friday Evenings. 我周五晚上一般不出去。

（注：周五的晚上）

2) The graduation ceremony will be held on the morning of June 20. 毕业典礼在6月20日上午举行。

（注：6月20日的早上）

Tips:

在口语（Spoken English）表达中，on作为时间介词使用时通常可以省略掉。

For example:

1) I'll see you on Monday.

或者说：I'll see you Monday.

2) I don't go out on Friday Evenings.

或者说：I don't go out Friday Evenings.
