退换货
Mom: Look, our package came!
妈妈:看,咱们的快递到了!
The courier just dropped it off.
快递员刚把它送到。
Your new lamp should be in it.
给你新买的灯应该就在里面。
Child: Yay! Let's open it.
宝宝:耶!我们打开吧!
Uh-oh, I think it's broken!

Mom: To request an exchange, we need to find our order in our account information.

Now, find the button that says "exchange", "return" or "replace."
