• 开头可以寒暄也可以自我介绍，如果和教授认识则寒暄，不认识就自我介绍，也可以二者结合，介绍加寒暄，说自己是某某过去听教授的课咋了，这个可以但没必要，字数会超。然后表明目的，为了邀请他来做评委
• 中间段介绍竞赛的时间地点，以及为什么专门邀请他的原因。主要原因可以所是听了他的课，觉得他特别专业，因为他的原因好多学生喜欢上演讲，等等，一般两条字数就够。
• 尾段写希望他早点回复，可展望未来，在他的支持下竞赛将会圆满举行。或者希望他接受邀请来参加。
