There was an old lady who swallowed a bell.
从前有个老太太吞下了一只铃铛。
How it jingled and jangled and tickled, as well!
铃铛在她肚子里面丁零咣当乱响。
I don’t know why she swallowed a bell.
我不知道她为什么要吞下一只铃铛。
I wish she’d tell.
我希望她告诉了我答案。
There was an old lady who swallowed some bows.
从前有个老太太吞下了一些蝴蝶结。
Soft as the snow, were those velvety bows.
这些天鹅绒的蝴蝶结像雪一样柔软。
She swallowed the bows to tie up the bell that jingled and jangled and tickled,as well!
原来她吞下这些蝴蝶结是为了绑刚才吞下去的那个丁零咣当乱响的铃铛。
I don’t know why she swallowed a bell.
我不知道她为什么要吞下一只铃铛。

It gave her a lift to swallowed the gifts.
她还是跳起来吞下那些礼物的呢。

Then the old lady needed a treat.
然后是时候老太太需要吃一点糖果了。
She thought a candy cane would very sweet.
她觉得拐棍糖这主意不错。
But when she heard a jolly “HO! HO! HO!”
但是当她听到欢快的“HO！HO！HO！”声时，
she knew it was time for her to go.
她知道她该出发了。
So she whistled loudly and soon by her side…
然后啊她大声吹着口哨，很快在她的旁边......
…was Santa Claus waiting for a ride!
......圣诞老人也准备上车了！
