高考词汇220题（高考真题考点系列归纳）

连词是历年高考中常考考点， 它主要以单项填空、语法填空和短文改错的形式呈现。其考察方向为：

1并列连词如：and，but，or等，

2 状语从句中的连词when，while，as，if，though等。

注意：考生答考试时要结合句意来理解、答题。

语法填空（题目选自历年语法填空文章）

【解析】考查as adj as possible的结构，也就是考察as引导的比较状语从句，故空白处填as；

【解析】 根据China, Japan, Korea, 可知，Vietnam和前面的国家是并列关系，故填and。

【解析】考查并列连词。根据句意逻辑可知，此处为转折关系，句意：我工作不是因为我不得不做，而是因为我想做。此处用but与前文not 呼应，构成“不是…而是 …”之意，故填but。

短文改错（题目选自历年短文改错文章）

1（2015全国卷1）There the air is clean or the mountains are green.

【答案】句中or改and

【解析】因为句中or前后两个简单句是并列而不是选择关系。

2（2016全国卷1）Though not very big ,but the restaurant is popular in our area .

【答案】去掉句中but

【解析】因为前面是though 引导的让步状语从句，且英语句子开头必须大写;此外，句中如果用了though就不用but。

3（2016全国卷1）Every day he makes sure that fresh vegetables or high quality oil are used for cooking.

【答案】句中or改and

【解析】因为句中or前后fresh vegetables和high quality oil 是并列而不是选择关系。

4（2016全国卷2）If we stay at home, it is comfortable but there is no need to spend money.

【答案】but改and

【解析】因为句中but前后两个简单句是顺接而不是转折关系。

5（2017全国卷1）Before getting into the car, I thought I had learned the instructor’s orders, so once I started the car, my mind went blank.

【答案】so改but

【解析】句意：在上车之前，我以为我已经学会了教练的命令，但我发动车的时候，大脑一片空白。根据句意，so后面的内容与前面应该是转折关系。

6（2017全国卷3）I had grown not only physically, and also mentally in the past few years.

【答案】句中and改but

【解析】本句的结构应该是not only……but also并列physically 和mentally两个作状语的副词。

7（2018全国卷1）At the end of our trip, I told my father that I planned to return every two years, but he agreed.

【答案】句中but改and

【解析】句中but之后与前文应该是顺接而不是转折关系。

8（2018全国卷2）The games my parents taught me where I was a child turned out to be very useful later in my life.

【答案】句中where改when

【解析】句意：我小时候父母教我的游戏，在我后来的生活中非常有用。所以where应改为when。

9（2018全国卷3）Everyone was silent, waiting to see who would be called upon to read his and her paragraph aloud.

【答案】句中and改or

【解析】句意:每个人都沉默着，等待着谁会被要求大声朗读他或她的段落。这里his和her是选择关系，不是并列关系。

10（2019全国卷1） One afternoon where I was in primary school, I was walking by the school playground.

【答案】句中where改when

【解析】句意：我上小学时的一天下午，从学校操场的旁边路过。这儿应该是由when引导的时间状语从句。

11（2019全国卷2）Suddenly a football fell just in front of me but almost hit me.

【答案】句中but改and

【解析】句意:突然一个球落刚好在我的前面，几乎击中了我。本句后半句应该是顺接而不是转折关系。

12（2019全国卷3）When I studied chemistry in high school, I reconsidered my goal or decided to be a doctor.

【答案】or改and

【解析】句中reconsidered my goal 和decided to be a doctor.应该是并列而不是选择关系。
