7.3 Blasting Technique喷砂技术

7.3.1 At the beginning and at the end,even in the middle of every shift of blasting, to measure and record ambient temperature, the humidity and dew point temperature. Prior to blasting measure the surface temperature of each plate and record results.

在每班组的开始、中途和结束要测量和记录环境温度,相对湿度和露点温度,喷砂前要测量每块钢板的表面温度并记录数据。



7.3.2 Checks will be made at the beginning of every shift of blasting, to ensure the abrasives are free of dust and contaminants.

每班组开始时要确保磨料没有灰尘和污染物。



7.3.3 Personnel engaged in blasting operations will be provided with the appropriate protective equipments and clothing.

喷砂作业人员必须穿戴好劳动保护用品。



7.3.4 The compressed air shall be free from oil and water. The oil and water separator will be checked at the beginning of every shift according to ASTMD4285.

压缩空气应无油、水,每班开始前要检查油水分离器,应符合ASTM D4285要求。



7.3.5 The rubber hose from the blasting machine to the blasting nozzle shall be   continuous and complete as proper shot as possible. The hose should be preserved straight and free from curve to avoid restricting of the flow pressure of abrasive and blow up.

从喷砂机到喷砂嘴的胶管总长度尽可能短,采用整根,胶管要摆直,避免弯曲,以减少胶管堵塞和爆破。



7.3.6 The distance from blasting nozzle to steel plate surface shall be maintained at 0.3m to 0.4m. A sweeping action will be employed, using a blast angle of 75°to 90° to the plate surface. Two strokes will be made, one in the longitudinal and one in the transverse direction. Progress should be at the rate of 4 to 6m/min.

喷嘴与钢板面距离应保持在0.3-0.4米左右,喷枪移动速度保持在4-6米/分钟左右,横竖各两遍,喷嘴与钢板面的喷射角度尽可能保持垂直:75°-90°。



7.3.7 At completion of blasting, use clean, dry, compressed air to blow away the surface dust and abrasive before visual inspection of the plate.

喷砂一旦完成在对钢板目测前要用清洁干燥的压缩空气清除表面浮尘。



7.4 Steel surface Cleanliness and Profile Requirements钢板清洁度和粗糙度要求

7.4.1 Cleanliness requirements of the steel plate surface after blasting shall meet with Sa2.5 requirements(The detail description is: visually observe the surface without magnifying, no visible oil, grease or contaminations should be found on the blasted surface, and the surfaces should be free of mill scale, rusting, paint coating or any foreign objects. Any remained stains should be of spots striation shape) , to compare the surface with the pictorial standard of cleanliness shown in the standard of ISO8501-1. Check should be carried out under good lighting conditions (No less than 500lux illuminants).

喷砂后钢板表面清洁度要求应符合Sa2.5要求(其文字描述:在不放大的情况下进行观察,表面应无可见油脂和污物,并且没有氧化皮、铁锈、油漆涂层和异物。任何残留的痕迹应仅是点状或条纹状的轻微色斑。),并符合ISO8501-1标准图样。检查冲砂表面时光线应充足, 光照强度应不小于500 流明。



7.4.2 Prior to painting, surface shall be blow out of dust, abrasives and other contaminations with clean, dry compressed air. The surface cleanliness of dust rating should be less than Rating 3 in according to ISO 8502-3.

表面处理结束后,油漆涂层涂装前,应用清洁、干燥的压缩空气吹净构件表面的灰尘、磨料颗粒以及其它污染物,灰尘等级应符合清理标准ISO8502-3,灰尘量要小于3级。



7.4.3 Blast Profile Requirements

喷砂粗糙度要求

According to ASTM D4417, Method C: using replica tape, the profile shall be between 40-75 microns. Results will be recorded accordingly.

根据ASTM D4417方法C标准测量表面粗糙度,使用复制品胶带,表面粗糙度应达到40-75微米,并纪录结果。



7.4.4 Following successful completion of this supervised check, painting shall commence before the substrate oxidation occurred or re-rusted,or prior to any visible re-rusting, yellowing or the degrading of blasted surface. In case of visible rusting occurring or the cleaned surface becomes wet or otherwise contaminated, the surface shall be re-cleaned to the previous degree is required. After the abrasive blasting and inspection, all remained shot particles and dust produced must be blown off with clean compressed air, and shot particles and dust remained in dead corners shall be cleaned by the vacuum cleaner. The compress air used must be dry and free of moisture or oil. The surface to be coated must be cleaned according to SSPC-SP1.

喷砂自检合格,并取得监理工程师认可,并在表面发生氧化和返锈前及时涂装底漆,或在表面发生任何可见返锈,变黄等表面冲砂质量下降之前。如果表面有可见的返锈,变湿,或者被污染,就要重新清理至规定要求的级别,经抛丸处理或喷砂处理并验收合格后,务必用压缩空气吹净磨料颗粒,及表面粉尘,或用吸尘器清去死角内的磨料和粉尘,压缩空气必须干燥,无油分。钢材表面按照SSPC-SP1标准清洁。



7.5 Galvanized steel and stainless steel surface Cleanliness and Profile Requirements

镀锌钢板以及不锈钢清洁度和粗糙度要求



7.5.1 Galvanized and stainless steel parts shall be degreased, washed in accordance with SSPC-SP1 “solvent cleaning”, coated with wash primer/tie-coat and finish coat. Any white zinc salts should be removed by high pressure fresh water washing, or fresh water washing with scrubbing.

镀锌件和不锈钢表面应按照SSPC SP1 “溶剂清理” 的要求进行除脂,除油,清洗,然后再进行磷化底漆、连接漆和面漆的施工。镀锌件表面的锌盐应用高压淡水冲洗或者擦洗。



7.5.2 If necessary, the sweep blasting to Sa1: brush-off blast cleaning in order to achieve proper profile (20-30 microns roughness) for the galvanizing and stainless steel surface preparation is applied according to Spec. When sweep blasting is employed, a low air pressure (4-5kg/cm2) should be used and the nozzle hold 1 meter from the surface. The non-ferrous abrasives shall be adopted(copper slag, silica sand, aluminum oxide or garnet)and fine grade (80 Mesh).

如必要,按照规范要求,镀锌件和不锈钢表面可以按照Sa1 的方法和标准进行扫砂处理,达到Rz=20-30 微米的粗糙度有助于获得良好的附着力。进行扫砂处理时,所使用压缩空气压力不易过高,4-5 kg/cm2。扫砂时喷枪与镀锌件表面保持1m的距离。扫砂处理应采用非铁特细砂:80目。可使用的磨料通常有铜矿砂、石英砂、棕刚玉或石榴石等。



8. Application of coating system 油漆施工

Welding joints and datum marks will be ‘masked’, in the case of weld preparations, for a 25mm band adjacent to the weld seam. Record paint type, batch Nos. color on daily log.

焊接接头和测量资料标记应被“遮盖”,对于焊缝处理在距焊缝处2.5cm处应贴上不干胶带。使用前记录油漆型号、批号和颜色等。



8.1 Stripe coating 预涂

Stripe coating is an essential part of good working practice. The number and sequence of stripe-coats shall be maintained as the same as the painting specification. Stripe-coats shall be applied to areas where it is difficult to get the required coverage, including mainly plate edges, welding seams, scallops, and difficult access areas.

预涂是良好涂装施工的重要部分,预涂的道数要和涂层系统中的涂层道数一致,预涂一般在那些难以达到要求的覆涂处,主要是自由边,焊缝,扇形孔,管子,梯子,及难以触及的部位。



8.2 Pay particular attention to the following items during painting application

涂装施工时要特别注意下列要求,事项,条件:



8.2.1 Ambient Condition for Paint Application

油漆涂装的环境条件要求。



Pay particular attention to the following items during painting application, stop painting except special require.

在下列施工环境条件,除非涂料产品对施工环境有特殊要求,涂装施工应停止进行。



The temperature of steel surface or paint is less than 3℃ below the dew point temperature, or the ambient relative humidity is above 85%.

当构件表面温度不高于环境空气露点温度之差小于3℃,或者相对湿度大于85%时



When steel surface temperature is higher than 40℃( except paint supplier specified).

当构件表面温度大于40℃(除非油漆供应商产品允许更高的温度);



When air temperature is lower than 5℃

当空气温度低于大约5℃时;



Predefine the bad weather in two hours when over-coating outdoor.

室外涂装施工,当开始涂覆两个小时内有可肯定的不良天气变化时;



When moisture formed on surface of structure under raining, condensation and frost etc.

当因下雨、冷凝、霜冻等天气条件下,在构件表面形成潮气层时;



When the effective illumination less than 500lux during paint application.

当涂装施工环境光照有效发光流量低于500lux时。



8.2.2 General Requirement of Painting

油漆涂装的一般要求



8.2.2.1 Painting shall be carried out on daytime or under sufficient illumination.

涂漆需在白天或有充分照明的环境下进行。



8.2.2.2 The storage of paints shall meet with the requirements from MSDS of paint manufacturer.

油漆的存放环境应满足厂家MSDS对储存条件的要求。

8.2.2.3 Solidification or invalidated paint shall not be used during storage period and removed from the site.

在储存期间,已经凝结或变质的涂层材料不得使用,且要从现场搬走。



8.2.2.4 It is important to ensure illumination, scaffolding which assure safe and convenient application of paint. The end of scaffolding shall be kept not less 15-30cm distance from coated surface at vertical. Illumination shall be shining over any working area and has sufficient intensity. Motioned lamp-house shall be equipped.

照明、脚手架非常重要,不仅保证安全,还要保证没有不可到达的部位,并施工方便。脚手架与涂装表面的垂直距离至少保持在15-30cm。照明应达到任何施工部位,且有足够的强度,并配备移动的光源。



8.2.2.5 Power agitator in good condition shall be used to ensure even and thorough mixing of paint. Continuous stirring shall be kept during application of zinc-rich primer.

使用工作状态良好的动力搅拌器,保证油漆混合均匀、彻底。富锌漆在施工过程中需不停的搅拌.



8.2.2.6 Protect the non-coated surface from contamination of paint. e.g. electric, electronic, instruments, nameplates, rubber pads, screws etc.

喷涂时,对于电气、电子、仪表、铭牌、橡皮垫、螺丝等非涂漆面应进行保护,防止其受污染。



8.2.2.7 Type of thinner shall be selected in according to paint category and paint instruction book from paint manufacturer.

稀释剂的类型应根据油漆的种类,并按照油漆厂家的使用说明书进行选择。



8.2.2.8 Thinner shall be added into during mixing and stirring when thinning is allowed. When suitable viscosity of paint has been obtained, no more thinning. Whole thinning process must be monitored by a supervisor who should be familiar with thinning proportion and thinner type.

当允许使用稀释剂时,稀释剂应在搅拌混合过程中加入。油漆稀释到合适的稠度后,不要再加稀释剂。所有稀释过程必须在一个熟悉加入量和加入类型的监工的监督下进行。



8.2.2.9 The underneath coating must be hard dry and qualified and over-coated in the interval time. Prior to over-coating, surface of previous paint shall be cleaned to remove spray mist, dust, oil and other chemical contaminations.

后道涂层必须在前道涂层硬干并检查合格后,并在油漆厂说明书要求的覆涂间隔时间范围内进行覆涂,覆涂前,应对上道涂层表面进行清洁,除去上道涂层表面的漆雾、灰尘、油污和其它化学污染物,以保证下道涂层良好的外观和附着力。
