刘 邦

大风起兮云飞扬，

威加海内兮归故乡，

安得猛士兮守四方！

刘邦（前256～前195），沛县（今属江苏）人，字季。刘邦先是起兵反秦，后来打败项羽，成为汉朝开国皇帝。

LIU Bang (from 256 B. C. to 195 B.C.) , Fourth by courtesy name, from Pei, (present-day Pei County, Jiangsu Province). He led an uprising against Qin, defeated Overlord Xiang Yu, and founded Han as its first emperor.
