grill 熟义 n. (置于 火上的)烤架；v. 烧烤，灸烤

生义 v. 追问，盘问

巧记词义：当人被反复盘问时，他就像是被置于烧烤架上承受煎熬，因此这里grill的生义就是“追问，盘问”。
