这两天我们聊了各种吃的，今天继续另一种吃的，来聊聊各种水果。

fruit 水果

我们看到百度翻译词条上fruit有复数形式，那么请问fruit究竟是可数还是不可数名词？

1、当fruit是各种水果的总称时,如橘子、香蕉、葡萄、苹果、梨等都是fruit, fruit是集合名词，不存在复数这一说。例如：

How many pieces of fresh fruit do you eat in a day? 你一天吃几种水果？

泛指各种水果，是一个集合名词

2、fruit也可指单个的橘子、香蕉等水果，当指代不同类的水果时，用复数形式。Apple and melons are my favourite fruits.

3、fruit用作比喻,作“成果,结果”解时,可用单数形式,但常用其复数形式。
