Records about the Old Town: The Historical Story of Kunming

据记载，昆明建城于公元前227年，是中国国务院1982年公布的首批24座历史文化名城之一。

It is recorded that Kunming became a city in 227 B.C., and Kunming is one of the first 24 famous historic and cultural cities published by the State Council of China in 1982.

昆明古城楼消失了，只有历史书本上，遗留的老照片里以及仅存的少量遗迹，证明它们曾是这座城市里的一部分。

The ancient buildings of Kunming have disappeared, and they are only left in historical books, old photos and a few historical sites, proving that they were one part of this city.

1382年，明军平滇后，昆明城的轮廊逐渐被临摹，后人始能有根有据地对其发展轨迹进行考证。

After the troops of the Ming Dynasty conquered Yunnan in 1382, the profile of Kunming City was imitated gradually, and the later generations therefore are able to have textual research on the development track of Kunming.
