渝风川海,渝和川分别是重庆和四川的简称,重庆和四川乃是正宗川渝老火锅的发源地。风与海乃是西南川渝地区风俗风情以及火锅包罗万象的行业汇聚元素。因此传承正宗川渝经典,演绎现代火锅时尚,故取名“渝风川海”火锅。
在当前餐饮行业中,火锅由于其火锅底料、蘸料、火锅菜品在行业供应链中极易实现标准化且标准化程度高,因此发展极为迅猛,成为仅次于小吃品类的第二大美食品类。而在所有的火锅派别分类以及味型中,川渝火锅占比超过80%,那么如何在竞争激烈的红海市场中脱颖而出呢?团队经过大量数据研究、行业调研以及市场走访,我们做出了“老火锅·新食尚”的差异化品牌定位,并以传承正宗川渝经典,演绎现代火锅时尚作为品牌经营理念,力求在品牌、产品和体验方面既能延续和传承川渝火锅的正宗风味,又能引领未来年轻化消费趋势。
在品牌设计应用上采用品牌色系构成的折线等比例平铺以及无限次重复,增强记忆,过目不忘,在物料应用上辅助采用品牌标准色彩大面积色域呈现,使其具有后现代的抽象艺术风格,简约深邃,情感饱满,更利于后期品牌资产积累和品牌经营成长。
