Many people in the United States celebrate Christmas Day on December 25th. The day celebrates Jesus Christ's birth. ---很多美国人在12月25日庆祝圣诞节，这是耶稣基督的诞生日。

What Do People Do?---大家都做些什么呢？

1/ People Decorate homes and gardens with lights, Christmas trees and much more. ---大家用彩灯以及圣诞树装饰房屋和花园。

Decorate---装饰

2/ It is common to organize a special meal for family or friends and Exchange gifts with them. ---通常家人和朋友会安排一起聚餐并交换礼物。

3/ Children often receive a lot of gifts from their parents and other relatives which they think are from Santa Claus. ---孩子们会从家人那里得到很多圣诞老人送来的礼物。
