永远把英语当知识学，难学好：Walk the walk

从初中开始，你就一直用中文把英语当“知识”来学。永远用中文把英语当“知识”来学，而不是当“英语能力”来训练，很难学好：walk the walk

如果一个人“学”英语的“本能反应”是：见到英语不管三七二十一就先“来段中文”，把英语“翻译”成中文“理解”，也就是永远都是用中文把英语当“知识”来学，你会发现他很难真正把英语变成语言能力。

比如，第一次见到英语walk the walk，我“也不知道它是什么意思(中文也罢，英语也罢)”。但是，我的第一反应绝对不像你那样，上来就是就是中文：走一走。

“望文生义”现象指的绝不仅仅是中国人读中文时才有，但绝对是学习语言的“大忌”。

我是“什么反应”？

这是我的“反应” in English：

When you talk the talk and walk the walk,that means you back up your words/what you say with equivalent actions. You do ,or carry out what you say.

For example：Anybody can run their mouth like that, but can you talk the talk and walk the walk?

能把walk the walk和pay lip service(玩嘴上功夫，敷衍了事)融会贯通比直接用中文理解walk the walk更让你的英语受益。

这就是“把英语当做能力训练”(把英语“翻译”成英语的能力)，而不是用中文把英语当做“知识”来学。

没有语言能力而光会学知识，知识一辈子“学不完”，能力却一点没进步。

光学“知识”又不愿(懒得)，或不能做到勤查英英字典，光靠“老师”告诉你“知识”的“学法”，结果更惨！

你为什么不“顽强”地训练自己用这些英语来“理解记忆”walk the walk，而只能用中文作为“理解语言”呢？
