节假日在我们的生活中有很重要的地位，我们一生中的很多活动内容都是围绕节假日进行的。了解节假日的文化常识，学习、掌握基本的表达方式，是我们学习外语写作的一项基本任务。

对节假日与中国传统文化主题的考查是近年高考英语的热点，这与国学推广有关。关于这一主题的写作常有以下集中命题方式：

1.你的节假日如何安排；

2.对某个盛大节日或者某个活动场面进行描述；

3.节日去某地度假了，回来后写信表示感谢；

4.以回忆的形式体现传统文化礼仪或假日活动；

5.西方节日与中国传统节日的冲突；

An Interesting Festival

有趣的节日

很明显，这个故事不是真的，但是节日却很有趣。
