With advanced manufacturing as its leading industry, Shangjie District has introduced the AUX Project, the largest intelligent air-conditioning production center in the Central Plains. The small- and micro-business park has set a benchmark in the city. A large number of high-quality projects from Qingdao Gon Science & Technology Co., Ltd., Jinlu Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. and other companies have successively commenced production in the district. Traditional industries have also been iteratively upgraded. Chalco Zhengzhou has been able to process one million tons of aluminum oxide per year while saving energy and reducing emissions, making the development of the aluminum industry greener and lower-carbon. More than 1.1 million square meters of idle factories and buildings have been repurposed, and 80% of the enterprises in the district have transformed to become more intelligent.

上街区以先进制造业引领发展，引进了中原地区最大的智能空调生产基地——奥克斯项目，配套建设的小微企业园成为全市标杆，青岛国恩、晋潞光电等一批优质项目先后落地投产。传统产业迭代升级，中铝郑州企业完成100万吨氧化铝技术改造，淘汰了落后产能，铝行业绿色低碳发展取得显著成效；盘活闲置厂房和楼宇110多万平方米，80%的企业完成智能化改造。

Shangjie District focuses on the development of the general aviation industry. Shangjie Airport is the first airport in Henan Province to obtain a Class A1 license and has successfully opened three short-haul air routes. Gyrocopters, WIG crafts and other products independently developed by Shangjie enterprises have filled gaps in the market. A complete industrial ecosystem integrating research, development, manufacturing, operation and services has been formed with a highly synergistic effect. Shangjie District has also successfully held the Zhengzhou Air Show twice, making the general aviation a new signature of the city and even the province in opening to the outside world. Significant progress has been made in the construction of the second phase of Zhengzhou International Hub Development and Construction Co., Ltd. This project has been approved as a provincial-level industrial service park to be included in Zhengzhou's "1 2 N" freight system, and railway freight volume has exceeded 25 million tons.

通航产业特色发展，上街机场获批省内首个A1类许可证，上街企业自主研发的自转旋翼机、地效翼船等多项产品填补行业空白，成功开通三条短途航线，形成集研发、制造、运营、服务为一体的全产业链，集聚效应逐步显现。上街区圆满举办两届郑州航展，郑州通航成为全市乃至全省对外开放的新名片。国际陆港第二节点建设取得重大进展，成功申报省级服务业园区，纳入郑州铁路枢纽“1 2 N”货运体系，铁路货运量突破2500万吨。

Shangjie District has supported the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries. The district is working to build the Fangdingyi Cultural Tourism Area and upgrade the Wuyunshan Leisure and Healthcare Area. Emerging business formats in the district are flourishing. The headquarters economy, the building economy, and the digital economy have grown from scratch to become established. The industrial structure has been continuously optimized with the ratio of primary, secondary and tertiary industries adjusted from 0.4:63.9:35.7 in 2015 to 0.02:47.54:52.44 in 2020.

文旅产业融合发展，着力打造方顶驿文化旅游片区，加快提升五云山休闲康养片区。新兴业态蓬勃发展，总部经济、楼宇经济、数字经济从无到有、从弱变强。上街区三次产业结构由2015年的0.4∶63.9∶35.7调整为2020年的0.02∶47.54∶52.44，产业结构不断优化。

With the permanent population increasing to 197,000, Shangjie District continues improving its attractions, infrastructure and ecological environment. Eighteen roads have been newly built or widened, 54% of the old communities have been renovated to improve their appearance, and 98% of the residents in this district have had access to potable water from the Danjiang River. In addition, the district has built 35 new parks and gardens and 17 new ecological corridors, increasing the green area by 1.85 million square meters and bringing the per capita public green area 40% higher than the standard for national ecological garden cities. Residents in this district can reach a green belt within a 300-meter walk and a park within a 500-meter walk.

目前，上街区常住人口增至19.7万，城市吸引力进一步增强，基础设施更加完善，生态环境更加优美。完成18条道路新建、改扩建，54%的老旧小区旧貌换新颜，98%的居民喝上丹江水。新建公园游园35个、生态廊道17条，新增绿化面积185万平方米，人均公园绿地面积达到国家生态园林城市标准的1.4倍，实现了“300米见绿、500米见园”。

People's living standards continue improving. Shangjie District has newly built and expanded 11 primary schools, secondary schools and kindergartens, and invested more than 30 million yuan in transforming and upgrading community health service centers and stations in the jurisdiction. Twenty-eight service facilities for elder care have been completed and put into use, covering 88% of the communities in the district. The "12349" intelligent elder care service platform was among the first batch of pilot projects approved for home- and community-based elder care in the country.

民生福祉持续提升，上街区美好教育初见成效，新建、改扩建中小学幼儿园11所；累计投资3000多万元对辖区社区卫生服务中心、社区卫生服务站进行了改造升级；建成投用养老服务设施28个，覆盖全区88%的社区，“12349”智慧养老服务平台获批全国首批居家和社区养老信息惠民工程试点。

Compared with 2015, in 2020, Shangjie District's GDP increased 40% to 16.55 billion yuan, the general public budget revenue increased 30% to 1.5 billion yuan, and the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents increased 40% to 47,000 yuan.

2020年，上街区地区生产总值实现165.5亿元，是2015年的1.4倍；一般公共预算收入达到15亿元，是2015年的1.3倍；城乡居民人均可支配收入4.7万元，是2015年的1.4倍。
