好歌赏析 ---- 听、唱英语歌的过程中，练习听、讲英文口语能力。

《双子座视角 》的后台老师们，一直推动着，以听唱，英语歌曲，作为一个提升英语水平的学习方法。因为学习一种语言，必须要有一个语言环境，能让你长时间浸淫其中；而本栏目就是一个完全不受时空限制的平台，让你在任何时间、场地都可以进行练习：走在路上、在交通车上、在淋浴时、弄饭时等，都可以听歌和跟着唱 --- 这就是一个学习、练习语言最好的环境！！经过长时间的浸淫后，在听和讲的能力上都会有提升。然后在听到一首新英文歌时，很自然也就能听明白歌词的内容。

而且《双子座视角》所推荐的怀旧英文歌曲，大部分节奏都比较慢，容易掌握；而且大都有故事内容，用词简而美，文法又正确。是很值得用来作为英语学习参考。在每一首歌的后面，还整合了学习点，把一些值得留意的地方，给小伙伴们提个醒。有兴趣提升英文听力和口语水平的朋友们，请持续关注本栏目!

这首歌的原作是一齣歌剧（原名为：The Dying Man 临终的人） ，作者是一位比利时诗人 --- JacquesBrel，写于1961，曾在法国公演。歌剧内容是描述一个老人心碎了，因为他的媳妇与他的好朋友一起背叛他，欺骗他，使他孤独终老。

这就是老人临终前，对过去生活点点滴滴的回忆；对混混谔谔过一生，有所觉悟，但已经太迟；因为媳妇与好朋友的背叛，使他对世事看透了，也就没有什么大不了的事。

后来一个美国诗人 --- Rod McKuen 在1964年把这首歌翻译为英语，并由乐队Kingston Trio 演唱，此为这首歌第一个英语版本。

学习点 Learning Points：

1. Skinned--- (n) 皮、皮肤；(v)剥…的皮、削…的皮、使脱去贴身衣。用于这里，整句“Skinned our hearts and skinned our knees”的意思是毫无保留，无分彼此。

2. Black sheep of the family --- 这是英语中的俗语，意思是“家庭的害群之马”。

3. Down --- (adv) 下、降、在下(面)、倒下、放下、减退，低落

4. Feet back on the ground --- Feet on the ground = 脚踏实地，Back = 再次、回来；所以，Feet back on the ground 有重新振作的意思。
