英语肯定句变一般疑问句是句型转换中最基本的一个方面。为了帮助学生搞清楚肯定句变一般疑问句的方法，我们按句子所含动词的种类和时态的不同，编了三首口诀。

口诀一：一调二改三问号如：

1．We shall visit the Great Wall next week．

变：Shall we visit the Great Wall next week ？

一调 二改 三问号

2．He has never seen such fine drawings．

变：Has he never seen such fine drawings ？

一调 二改 三问号

3．I have some money．

变：have you any money ？

一调 二改 二问号

4．I am a middle school student．

变：Are you amiddle school student ？

一调 二改 三问号

5．A duck can swim in the river．

变：Can a duck swim in the river ？

一调 二改 三问号

【说明】

①“一调”是指第一步将原句中系动词 be 的各种形式，助动词 be 的各种形式，助动词 shall (should) ，will (would) ，have (has，had)和情态动词 can，may，must 等调到句首。

②“二改”是批第二步将原名的主语由大写改为小写，将上述助动词、情态动词，情态动词由小写改为大写，some，somebody，something 分别改为 any，anybody，anything，already 改为 yet；第一人称 I 改为 you 等。

③“三问号”是指第三步将原肯定句尾的句号改为问号，口诀中的“一、二、三”指的是步骤，而不是次数。

口诀二：一加二改三问号如：

1．I usually watch TV on Saturday evening．

变： Do you usually watch TV on Saturday evening ？

一加 二改 三问号

2．Grandpa Wang always goes fishirg on Sunday．

变：Does Grahdpa Wang always go fishing on Sunday？

一加 二改 三问号

3．She did her homework just now．

变：Did she do her homework just now ？

一加 二改 三问号

4．The old woman looks worried．

变：Does the old woman look worried ？

一加 二改 三问号

【说明】

“一加”是指原肯定句中谓语为行为动词或连系动词 (be 不在此例 ) 的不同形式时，需在句道分别加助动词 Do，Does，Did；“二改”除同口诀一中二改内容外，必须注意句首加了助动词 Do，Does，Did 以后，将原句中的动词形式改为原形；放入问句；“三问号”还是指将原句中的句号改为问号，置于问号尾。

口诀三：

“是”、“有”、“情”、“助”移向前，

主语前面把身安。

一般现在和过去，

Does，Did，Do 先添；

再改谓语为原形，

最后再把问号点。
