第70课 Red for danger

1、...a drunk suddenly wandered into the middle of the ring.

ring 这里指斗牛场，英语中不同的比赛场馆有不同的名词表述：

volleyball / basketball / tennis / badminton 用 court

football / baseball / softball 用 field

2、The crowd began to shout, but the drunk was unaware of the danger.

unaware of 不知道什么，没有注意到什么

例句：She seemed quite unaware of the other sitting around her.

aware of 知道

例句：If only you were aware of all the facts, you would immediately change your mind.

3、The bull...suddenly caught sight of the drunk...

catch sight of 猛然看见

例句：I caught sight of an old friend of mine in the middle of the crowd.

lose sight of 看不见什么

例句：We mustn't get so bogged down by detail that we lose sight of our main objectives.

4、Apparently sensitive to criticism, the bull forgot all about the matador and charged at
